He speaks of how we have been living in the past and that there is no need to carry on in the same manner. Inspirational words of what we are capable of as humans and the very simple steps we can take to reach out and grasp it. Words many of us may have heard before, but never gets tiring to hear them again. He also touches very lightly on Lemuria.
